In the period from May 2016 – June 2017 the Institute for Strategic Research and Education (ISIE) has implemented the project “Will there be ‘Whistleblowers’ at the Universities? The Possibilities of the Law for Protection of Whistleblowers and Prevention of Corruption in the Higher Education of the Republic of Macedonia”. This project was part of the “Network 23+” project implemented by the European Policy Institute (EPI) – Skopje as a lead partner, in partnership with the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights of the Republic of Macedonia (MHC).
Our team has conducted a survey of 532 respondents and students at 4 main universities in Macedonia, organized 4 round tables on the topic of corruption in higher education in Bitola, Skopje, Stip and Tetovo and prepared a policy study.
The study could be accessed on the following link.
The project is financed by the EU under IPA Civil Society Facility (IPA 2015/372-126).
