The main objective of the project is to improve the capacities of municipalities and civil society organization to initiate referendum at local level. In cooperation with the municipalities of Aracinovo, Butel and Gazi Baba, ISIE will prepare baseline study, develop a guide for organizing referendum and organize 3 capacity building training and one referendum simulation.
